In 1954 the great Indian leader Dr Ambedkar stated that his social philosophy can be summerised in three words; liberty, equality and fraternity - and that he derived this; 'not from the French revolution, but my master the Buddha.' In the first talk Subhuti explores liberty and why Dr Ambedkar may have spoken in this way.
