Mindfulness of Citta (LWFA Week 4)

This introduction to mindfulness of citta illustrates how the mind and our thoughts filter and shape everything we experience. It follows that by changing our minds we can quite literally change the world we experience. Viryanaga explains how we might first notice the effect that our mind is having on our experience by trying to identity some of our deep seated, mostly unconscious views, and then goes on to suggest how we might, over time, begin to loosen these views to transform the mind and consequently our whole experience.
