Vessantara Day 6 Morning Session and Guided Meditation

Recorded on the Integration retreat at Adhisthana, February 2016. From The Mandala of Spiritual Practice series of retreats at Adhisthana.

Beginning again with mantra and meditation, Vessantara draws out the threads which have run throughout the retreat and then explores deeper levels of integration and how our practice can lead us from the dukkha of experiencing ourselves as isolated subjects into an integrated awareness of everything. The path of integration is not just a foundation to practice, but it leads to awakening. The awakened mind is totally integrated, and turns towards all beings and all experience without a sense of separation. Followed by a guided meditation using the six elementss.
