Vajragupta - Reflecting On Spiritual Death

by Vajragupta

In this talk Vajragupta continues our exploration of The Journey and The guide.

Vajragupta uses reflections and stories to help us contact our sense of self and to explore how this sense feels different in different situations. He also introduces the five Niyamas.

We see how unskilful actions leave our sense of self more rigid and isolated, and how skilful actions allow the sense of self to be more fluid and connected.

This talk was given at Croydon Buddhist Centre on 27th February 2016 as part of the regular Saturday Morning Sangha Class.
