This is a short 20 minute lead-through of the traditional meditation known as 'The Mindfulness of Breathing'. This is one of the bases of any Buddhist practice - an essential complement to the 'Metta Bhavana' ('development of loving kindness') meditations also featured on the site. Kamalashila has been teaching the practice for over twenty years, so you're in safe hands!
This talk is part of the series Getting Started in Meditation.
