Twenty Four Nidana Reflection

by Dhivan

This is guided reflection on the 24 nidanas led by Dhivan, to accompany the 'Conditionality' module of the Dharma Training Course for Mitras (Year 2).

The 12 cyclical nidanas of the Wheel of Life and the 12 positive nidanas of the Spiral path are studied as part of the Conditionality course. Their full meaning however is best appreciated through reflective contemplation. Dhivan here offers a few words concerning each nidana followed by short periods of silence for quiet contemplation.

The 24 nidana reflection given here is a simplified version of the one devised by Sangharakshita.
