Paramaszanti Co Mi Daje Buddyzm (z polskim tlumaczeniem)

Paramaszanti to urodzony w pol. lat 40tych buddysta z Cambridge w Anglii. Porownuje swoje zycie za mlodu do wzorow na dywanie ktore w danym momencie zycia nie sa wyrazne, dopiero z perspektywy lat mozemy je rozpoznac. W dziecinstwie towarzyszylo mu silne poczucie, ze zycie to wielka tajemnica i stwierdza, ze cokolwiek ludzie w jego otoczeniu mowili na ten temat (o religii, karierze, konwencjonalnym zyciu) nie mialo dla niego sensu... Wspomina o absurdalnej radzie na jego poczucie zagubienia, ktora dal mu wujek... I o tym, jak jest ogromnie wdzieczny za dar nauk buddyjskich, poniewaz dalo mu to droge wyjscia z bezsensu, ktora nie jest jednak ucieczka od swiata.

Mowi tez o nadawaniu buddyjskich imion w tradycji Triratna i zauwaza, ze nie wyciaga sie ich z kapelusza, lecz sa nadawane pod katem cech osoby przyjmowanej do Wspolnoty. Swoje imie oznaczajace ,,najwyzszy spokoj'' uznaje za najwiekszy dar od swojego nauczyciela Sangharakszity.
