This talk begins by reviewing the practice of meditation as the second stage of the Threefold Path. The Buddhas teachings on meditation are then explored in more depth using classic verses from the Dhammapada, primarily discussing verses from the chapters on mindfulness and mind.
This talk is the third of four talks given during the Being with the Buddha retreat and as such it explores how to cultivate an attitude of Being with the Buddha through practicing meditation, acting as He did and following in His footsteps as our Teacher and Guide.
